Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy

At Natural N Nutrient, we take great care to deliver only authentic, high-quality products to our customers. Every product is checked and securely packed before dispatch.

However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged, incorrect, or expired item, our team is here to assist you in accordance with the policy below.

Returns, Refunds, Cancellations and Exchanges

What We Will Do Together

Step 1:

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or expired product, you must raise a return or replacement request within 2 days from the date of delivery.
Requests raised after 2 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.

To raise a request:
    • Email us at naturalnnutrient@gmail.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Registered contact number
    • Unboxing video (mandatory)
    • Photos clearly showing the issue
    • You may also contact us through our customer support chat.
 
Important:
An unboxing video is mandatory for any return or replacement claim.
The video must clearly show:
    • The sealed product packaging (not just the outer parcel) before opening.
    • The entire unboxing process in one continuous video, from start to finish.
    • The damaged, leaked, broken, or incorrect product clearly visible in the footage.
    • The products inside clearly, showing their sealed and unused condition.
    • If any product appears damaged, leaking, broken, or incorrect, the video must clearly capture that condition.
Requests without a proper unboxing video showing the sealed product and the claimed issue will be automatically rejected to prevent fraudulent claims.

Step 2:

Our support team will review your request and respond within 2 working days with approval or clarification.

Step 3:

If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner.
If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you will be required to self-ship the product using a reliable courier.

Step 4:

Once we receive the returned item, our Quality Check team will inspect the product. If it meets all return conditions, we will initiate a refund or replacement (subject to stock availability).

Eligible Return/Replacement Conditions

Return or replacement is applicable only if any of the following apply:
    • Wrong product delivered
    • Expired product received
    • Product damaged in transit (supported by unboxing video)
    • Missing item(s) in order (supported by unboxing video)

Non-Eligible Return/Replacement Conditions

We cannot accept return/replacement requests in the following cases:
    • Request raised after 2 days of delivery
    • Product has been opened, used, partially used, or altered in any way
    • Unboxing video not provided or video clearly shows product was opened earlier
    • Missing original packaging, seals, or labels
    • Product damaged due to customer mishandling or storage
    • Return claimed for taste, color, fragrance, dislike, or change of mind
    • Product bought during sale, promotion, or combo offers (non-returnable)

How Are Returns Processed?

Once approved, reverse pickup will be scheduled within 5–7 business days.
After the product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection.
Refunds or replacements will be processed only after successful verification.

Order Cancellations

    • You can cancel your order before it is marked as “Ready to Ship” by writing to naturalnnutrient@gmail.com.
    • Once the order has been processed or shipped, no cancellations will be accepted.
    • Natural N Nutrient reserves the right to cancel any order at any stage (including post-payment) if we suspect fraudulent activity, incorrect details, or unavailability of stock.
    • In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment source.

Refund Policy

Refund Method
    • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (bank account, card, or UPI) within 7 business days after approval.
    • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Customers must share bank account details for refund via bank transfer.
Refund Timeline
    • For Canceled Orders: Processed within 7 business days of confirmation.
    • For Returns: Processed within 14 business days after the returned product passes quality inspection.

Partial returns are not allowed.

Products purchased as part of a single order must be returned in full (if eligible).
We do not accept returns or replacements for individual items from combo packs, bundled sets, or multi-item orders — even if one item appears defective.

Important Legal Notice
    • All claims are subject to internal verification and quality control checks.
    • Natural N Nutrient reserves the right to reject any claim that does not meet the above conditions or appears to be fraudulent or manipulated.
    • The decision of Natural N Nutrient’s Quality Team will be final and binding in all return and refund matters.

• You can also reach out to us through our customer support chat.
• In case of a damaged or missing product, raise a request within 2 days from the date of delivery.
• Step 2: Our team will review your return request within 2 working days.
• Step 3: If your return request is approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup by our courier partner.
• Step 4: If our reverse pickup service is unavailable in your location, you may be required to self-ship the product via a reliable courier. The courier charges will be reimbursed to you in your preferred wallet (UPI, PayTM, or Natural N Nutrient Wallet).
• Step 5: Upon receipt of the returned product, we will verify it against the claim and initiate a replacement or refund, subject to stock availability.

Under What Conditions Can I Return or Replace My Product?

• Wrong product delivered
• Expired product received
• Damaged product received (physical damage, tampered packaging)
• Incomplete order (missing products)

Under What Conditions Will Return/Replacement Requests Not Be Accepted?

• Opened, used, or altered products
• Missing original packaging (cartons, labels, etc.)
• Return/replacement request raised after 7 days from delivery
• Damaged/missing product reported after 2 days from delivery

How Are Returns Processed?

Once a return request is initiated, our courier partners will pick up the item within 5–7 business days. The product will then be checked by our quality control team, and a refund or replacement will be initiated accordingly.

Can I Cancel My Order?

• You can cancel your order by writing to us at naturalnnutrient@gmail.com before it is marked as “Ready to Ship.”
• Natural N Nutrient reserves the right to cancel any order at any time without prior notice. In some cases, we may contact the customer for verification before shipping an order.
